Knower Academics teams up with Tilton School College Counseling to offer a variety of options to improve student’s test-taking skills, confidence, and college options. Our KNOW the Test™ approach promotes a strategic and positive approach to the SAT, ACT, AP and TOEFL® entrance exams. Rather than drilling weaknesses or signing students up for exhausting and expensive Sunday classes, we’ve designed a range of choices for families so you can find what works best for your student and budget.

Meet the SAT™
FREE Test-Taking Workshop for Juniors

12-1pm, WEDNESDAY MARCH 25TH, 2026

Brought to you by Tilton College Counseling, this one hour workshop provides students with an overview of the test and teaches them key strategies they need to avoid pitfalls and manage anxiety.

Open to all Tilton juniors and brought to you by Tilton College Counseling, Knower test prep experts will join Tilton juniors at lunchtime on Wednesday, March 25th, and present a valuable seminar to help students navigate the SAT with confidence. The workshop begins with an overview of what to expect on the test, how it is scored, and how to respond to the virtual format of the SAT. From there, we share important strategies for the math and reading sections and move on to teach students how to manage their time, energy, and focus on the exam.

NOTE: Students are already registered for this workshop, though Tilton College Counseling.

Know the SAT™ Lunch Workshops
for SAT Math, Reading & Grammar

THREE WORKSHOPS LEADING UP TO THE APRIL TEST DATE

Knower test prep experts will offer three lunch workshops in the weeks prior to the April SAT test date: one workshop for each content area on the SAT.

These workshops are designed to build on the foundational strategies introduced in the March 25th Strategy Workshop with some targeted content practice and more specific techniques and applications for each aspect of the SAT exam. The lunch environment offers a way for students to study for the SAT, engage with the material without being overtaxed in this very busy and stressful time of year. These workshops are a great option to get expert tasks done in a reasonable dose that offers something useful for all students and provides guidance and added resources for additional study on their own.

One-to-One Test Prep
for the SAT,® ACT,® OR AP® Exams

BEGIN ANYTIME, DISCOUNTED PACKAGE OPTIONS AVAILABLE

Bring your absolute best to the SAT and ACT with expert coaching that matches your schedule and college goals. Once or twice weekly coaching sessions are scheduled during the student’s available times up until the test date. Discounted punch cards are also available!

In this fully customized offering, students will work one-to-one with their coach to create a study plan that supports their goals and balances exam preparation with other academic priorities and time commitments. Students must strike a balance in their studies so as to not draw time away from critical coursework; therefore, Knower coaching can be completely individualized based on student goals. Some students may need challenging and rigorous test prep. For other students, just a few sessions on strategy may suffice. We can also use the test as a way to review foundational material and address test anxiety in a supportive environment.
